Registration for the Victorian Integrated Cancer Services 3rd VICS Conference is now open!  

Registration is open to all persons interested in oncology including, but not limited to:

  • Radiation therapists
  • Oncology specialists
  • Nurses
  • General practitioners 
  • Health care administrators
  • Government officials
  • Non-Government organisations
  • Patient support services
  • Allied health professional 
  • Consumers

All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form.  Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form.  Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers at the email address: VICS2017@arinex.com.au

Optimal Networking Event

Registration includes a ticket to the Optimal Networking Event on 11 May 2017. The event will allow you to socialise with your colleagues and make new acquaintances over drinks and canapes. Join us on level 1 of Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Delegate Registration
The Delegate Registration (including consumers and clinicians) fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Social functions: Optimal Networking Function
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

 

Day Registration*
The Day Registration fee entitled delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on chosen day (either Thursday or Friday)
  • Program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

*Please note:  The Day Registration does not include a ticket to the Optimal Networking Function. Tickets can be purchased through the registration form for $45 each. 

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require payment by credit card.  Please visit our secure website to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’.  Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa (American Express will not be accepted). Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘VICS2017 by Arinex’ or ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Should you not want to pay by credit card at the time of booking, please select the invoice option. This will allow you to pay via credit card at a later date.

From thirty (30) days prior to the Conference all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details.

Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.

Name Badge

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the Conference.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Certificate of attendance

Should you wish to request a Certificates of Attendance please advise the Conference Managers during the Conference.   A Certificate will be issued via email after the completion of the Conference.

Group Registration

The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers two (2) or more individuals. To register a group, please click here for the group registration form.

Group registration is available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the Conference.  A list of participants must be nominated when submitting the group registration form but can be changed.  The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Managers fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the Conference.  

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private functions, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who will be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers VICS2017@arinex.com.au of any private /corporate functions that may be planned outside of the official program.  This will assist in smooth planning of all official and other events during the Conference.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers VICS2017@arinex.com.au

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations before 10 February 2017 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 11 February 2017 to 29 March 2017 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 30 March 2017 will receive no refund.

Accommodation 

One nights deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation. Deposit is non-refundable as at 10 April 2017

Social Function

Payments are non-refundable as at 10 April 2017

This information is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
